Crabinator is a unique sculpture that has been hand cut from a 1/4 inch sheet of steel using an acetylene torch. The front & back(larger two flat sides) have been grinded and polished, leaving a few distinctive marks and abrasions. The 1/4 inch edge has not been polished and was left with a rough and vertually untouched surface. This provides an interesting contrast between the smooth surfaces and the more sharper rough edges that are distinctive around an actual crab shell. I hope to make more of these soon. Each one will be a unique original and once this piece is sold, it "won't be back".
